This cheese is one of the most celebrated cheeses in the United States. It was very hard for us to come by but we are so excited we have a piece to sell!

The Rogue River Blue Cheese was voted World’s Best Cheese at the 2019/2020 World Cheese Awards in Bergamo, Italy. Made at Rogue Creamery in Central Point, Oregon. Crafted from organic cow’s milk and cave aged for 9 to 11 months. It is then hand wrapped in organic, biodynamic Syrah grape leaves that have been soaked in pear brandy. The paste is moist and rich, with striking blue veins throughout. Flavors are sweet and creamy, with hints of pepper and notes of bacon, vanilla, pear, and hazelnut.
